New regulatory body for Complementary and Natural Healthcare
A new regulatory body has been set up for Complementary and Natural Healthcare with government backing through the Department of Health and facilitated by the Prince’s Foundation for Integrated Health (FIH). Early in 2009, the register for practitioners will be opened up and Massage Therapy has been the first discipline to be accepted thanks to the very hard work of the GCMT (General Council for Massage Therapy) that represent your professional associations, making sure that your wished and standards would be upheld in this new process.
